At QuickDip Pools, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-built or special-order items
  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Email us at customer@quickdippools.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at customer@quickdippools.com.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
